This is a luxury lotion, based off the Miracle Forumla, it sits thick in a heavy sturdy glass filled with a pearlescent creme. If it's the pain formula for you or your loved one, then you will notice the difference within seven minutes. The first group of people I tried it on, hoping it would warm their winter skin, a woman on disabiltiy for three years came toward me weeping. She had been disabled because of knee pain that made it progressively harder and harder to move or walk. Within five minutes she was able to squat repeatedly in a way she had not been able to achieve through many doctors and therapy visits of all types. The home-bound clients I deliver to find even the smallest amount helps them to not take the brain-adling disabling pain medications they dread. Using Green Lotion before a therapy appointment increases the depth of the lesson's helpfulness.
And so, this product worth twice what I request, is at a reasonable price for the disabled. The market is filled with pain cremes that don't work, degrade the skin, and bring a hopeless pallor over the entire mess of being in a body that gives out.
It seems to work to strengthen, remind, soothe, and repair muscle, joint, nerve, and tendon tissue. I believe it is regenerating in the long term and immediately soothing in the short term.
It does not seem to be effectve for bone on bone pain; only to calm the nerves, muscles, and tendons surorunding the bone pain. For plantar fasciitis, I have a different formula.
Green Lotion does strengthen the skin & has a pleasant, warm, and clean scent fairly unnoticeable on the skin. My kapha clients love it on their faces. One is the daughter of a Californian dermatologist and nothing else has helped to reverse her aging smoking skin, she says, grateful to be in radiant skin to match her mood. My massage therapist clients use this lotion as their secret weapon instead of massage oil: The pain is gone and the skin is gorgeous without adding fragrance to the room and with no messy goop.
Joyfully, the jar is easy to open and easy to close. It travels well without fear the top will pop off causing a mess in the purse or travel bag. Green Lotion does not interfere with any prescriptions. It is a gentle formula, well considered for ease of use, and is absolutely lovely to use.

Discoloration and compaction may happen over an extended time, especially if the jar is lost for a long time, or if the lid is left off or cracked. This does not ruin the product, tho it is recommended to use those sections on pain rather than as a facial lotion.
The product is expired when black dots appear. It will last longer if you use the lid always, clean fingers or clean wooden spoon/chopstick, and keep food/crumbs out of it. Green Lotions I have never seen go bad. If a jar is lost, it is found as a priority because of pain within a month. They are never "saved for a special occassion" because the function of pain reliefis necessary for movement. That being said, they do age faster than the other lotions byStarLight with beewax.
The jar is a lovely heavy clear glass with a smooth PET lid. After cleaning, it can be reused for non-food and non-skin/medicinal uses. Many people use them for beads or small tools like screws. As it's clear and sturdy, they are handy for discerning which small bit is inside without having to guess or fiddle. I do not want them back (as so many people ask); I sell you only jars that are brand new). One option is to recycle them, but truly reusing them is a joy., so might as well extend the life of such a piece of art and well-made tool.
Directions for Use
Green Lotion is an elegant product. The same is true with it's use.
If you are using it as your chosen emollient skin healing/strengthening lotion, simply use it whenever and wherever you like internally or externally. Clearly, lotions work better when you use them fresh out of the shower, but you will find that simply isn't necessary with the byStarLight lotions that include beewax (aka not the vegan collection).
If you are using Green Lotion for pain relief, you can simply wait until you feel pain to apply to the pain spot. You don't need to gob on as much lotion as you feel pain; simply apply it to the skin until the skin is hydrated in that spot. If it is going to be effective (almost always unless its bone on bone pain) then you will see a difference within seven minutes.
Replace the lid immediately.
Use clean fingers/tools.
Don't allow water or crumbs into the jar.
In a chaotic home, place this in a central spot for pain relief to be easily found.
